A note from Amanda

Why I started this practice.

At the bedside, I saw again and again that mind and body don't heal separately.

In psychiatry, I learned how much people need what the system rarely gives them: time to be heard, the same clinician from one visit to the next, and appointments that fit real life. This practice is built around exactly that.

My promise is simple: I'll listen first, explain everything, and make every decision with you.
