Every visit includes secure video, prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, lab orders when needed, and portal messaging between visits.

Plainly stated.
- Payment
- All visits are self-pay, with secure payment through Zelle before each visit. Your appointment is confirmed once payment arrives. In the Zelle note, please include only your name and visit date.
- Between visits
- Message Amanda through your portal, with replies within one business day. For emergencies, call or text 988 or call 911.
- Cancellations
- Free up to 24 hours before your visit. Later changes or missed visits aren’t refunded.
