What we treat

Whatever you're facing, you don't have to face it alone.

For teens from age 14, young adults and adults. Every plan starts with understanding you, and may include medication, lab work and coordination with your therapist.

Conditions

The concerns we see most.

What each can look like, and how we approach it.

  • ADHD

Trouble focusing, starting or finishing tasks, restlessness, and feeling behind despite real effort. In teens and adults, often tangled up with anxiety, mood or sleep.

    How we approach it

A careful evaluation that also looks at sleep, anxiety and mood, then options with and without medication, explained plainly.

  • Depression & mood

Persistent low mood, loss of interest, low energy, seasonal depression, PMDD, mood changes after childbirth or in perimenopause, and Bipolar II in stable outpatient care.

    How we approach it

We look at sleep, thyroid and other medical factors, then build the plan step by step and adjust it together.

  • Anxiety & panic

Constant worry, panic attacks, social and performance anxiety, health anxiety and phobias.

    How we approach it

Medication when it helps, alongside therapy, and a clear plan for the moments when anxiety spikes.

  • OCD & trauma

Obsessive-compulsive disorder, intrusive thoughts, PTSD, flashbacks, and feeling constantly on edge or numb.

    How we approach it

Evidence-based medication, close coordination with your therapist, and a pace that feels safe.

  • Sleep & stress

Insomnia, burnout, chronic stress and grief.

    How we approach it

Sleep is treated as part of mental health, not an afterthought, with options beyond sleeping pills.

  • Life transitions

College, a first career, new parenthood and demanding work.

    How we approach it

Support through the change, with care that adjusts as your life does.

What care includes

More than a prescription.

Medication, therapy, lifestyle and collaboration, each with a purpose and working together.

  • A full evaluation

Sixty minutes on your history, symptoms, sleep, health and goals, so the plan fits the whole picture.

  • Medication, if it helps

Clear options, honest trade-offs and careful adjustments. One tool, never the only one.

  • A medical review

Labs when they matter, and a look at thyroid, hormones, heart health and other medications.

  • The same clinician

You see Amanda at every visit. Follow-ups track progress and adjust the plan as life changes.

Your first visit

Sixty minutes, minute by minute.
